	Step II: Temporary Shelter: To provide assistance to address the intermediate needs of the survivors, specifically children, buy purchasing living tents.

	Step III: Reconstruction assistance: To provide assistance to address long term needs of survivors, specifically children, by purchasing a mobile medical unit and/or rebuilding the water infrastructure.
